Chief Impact Officer (Permanent, Full-Time)
Children’s Aid Foundation of Canada is seeking a Chief Impact Officer (CIO) to provide executive leadership for the Foundation’s impact strategy, program delivery, and outcomes measurement. Reporting to the President & CEO, the CIO is responsible for translating the Foundation’s strategic vision into measurable impact and driving systems-level change for children, youth, and families involved with the child welfare system across Canada.
As a member of the senior leadership team, the CIO leads the Impact team and oversees grants, programs, partnerships, and evaluation frameworks aligned with the Foundation’s four key focus areas. Serving as a bridge between strategy and execution, the CIO ensures cross-functional alignment, disciplined operational planning, and data-informed decision-making while fostering strong relationships with community partners, governments, funders, and sector leaders to advance long-term outcomes and equity-driven impact.
