Impact Operations and Data Specialist

The Impact Operations and Data Specialist is a critical enabler of the day-to-day functioning of the Impact Team. This role ensures that key documentation, reporting timelines, and systems are well-maintained to support efficient and high-performing grantmaking, program partnerships, ventures, and priorities related to influencing system solutions. The Specialist supports project tracking, database management, logistical processes, and internal communication across a fast-paced, impact-oriented team.

Director, Donor Relations and Marketing

The Director, Donor Relations and Marketing will play a critical role in shaping and elevating CAFC’s donor engagement, stewardship, and digital fundraising efforts. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, this results-driven leader will guide a high-performing team and foster a collaborative, donor-centered culture that fuels the organization’s mission.

Working closely with the Board, Campaign Cabinet, and Senior Leadership Team, the Director will develop and execute innovative strategies that foster meaningful connections with donors and advance the organization’s ambitious 5-year strategic plan for growth and impact.

Through this work, the Director will drive better outcomes for children and youth in CAFCs four areas of focus: education, employment, mental health, and strong families and lifelong connections.

Director, Campaigns and Major Gifts

Building on the momentum of CAFC’s recent success—raising $100 million through back-to-back campaigns led by an inspired Board and Campaign Cabinet—CAFC seeks a dynamic, results-driven leader to elevate its major giving efforts as Director, Campaigns and Major Gifts. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the Director will lead fundraising and campaign strategy, oversee major gift initiatives, and serve as the staff lead for the Campaign Cabinet. They will drive donor identification, cultivation, and solicitation to ensure long-term fundraising sustainability while advancing major and principal giving from individuals and private foundations, bringing a creative and solutions-focused approach to donor engagement.

As a key member of the Development team, the Director will oversee a portfolio of major donors and prospects at the five- to seven-figure level, working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, an engaged Board of Directors, and senior volunteers. They will lead solicitation efforts, develop compelling donor proposals, and work collaboratively to elevate CAFC’s fundraising visibility. Additionally, the Director will mentor and lead a team of up to four professionals, fostering a high-performance, donor-focused culture.

The ideal candidate is a resourceful and forward-thinking fundraiser with extensive experience in major gifts and campaign leadership. They bring ingenuity, fresh ideas, and a proven ability to apply creative problem-solving to secure transformational gifts. Proactively identifying new approaches and ways to connect with donors, they tailor innovative solutions to cultivate meaningful relationships. A skilled communicator and collaborator, they thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and take a strategic, data-driven approach to fundraising. Passionate about making a lasting impact on the lives of children and youth, the Director will be a key contributor to CAFC’s ambitious vision for the future.
