As the first national fundraising campaign dedicated to child welfare in Canada, Futures Transformed brought together individuals, organizations, and communities across the country around a shared belief: that every young person deserves the opportunity to heal, grow, and thrive.
For more than 45 years, Children’s Aid Foundation of Canada has worked alongside child welfare agencies, community partners, governments, and generous supporters like you to help close the gaps young people face.
Because of your support, young people are pursuing their education, building meaningful careers, strengthening connections, and moving into adulthood with greater confidence, stability, and hope.
