Would you seize the opportunity to make a profound difference in the life of a child who faces abuse, neglect, or abandonment? Could you imagine empowering a young person to overcome overwhelming odds and build a successful, fulfilling life? We share your commitment.

For four decades, we have been at the forefront of supporting children and young people involved in the child welfare system. Through strategic partnerships, we’re not just changing lives today, but shaping the future for generations to come.

Collaborative Partnerships

Our approach to partnership is as adaptable as it is impactful. We tailor our collaborations to align with your community investment goals and business objectives. Let’s discuss how we can create a partnership that’s both meaningful and effective. Opportunities include:

  • Corporate Charitable Giving – Join us in amplifying our impact across Canadian communities, and help build a more inclusive future for children and youth in the child welfare system.
  • Event Sponsorship – Showcase your commitment to social responsibility by aligning your brand with a trusted children’s charity and standing among esteemed corporate leaders.
  • Cause Marketing Campaign – Stand out from the competition by aligning with a cause that resonates with your customers, boosting brand loyalty and retention.
  • Employee Engagement – Foster team spirit and morale through initiatives like lunch and learns or workplace fundraisers, empowering your employees to make a tangible difference.

We take pride in recognizing our corporate partners whose steadfast support has had a profound impact on the work and mission of Children’s Aid Foundation of Canada and the young people we serve.

For more than a decade, Spin Master has been a cherished partner in supporting children, youth, and families involved in the welfare system. Their steadfast commitment to the Annual Teddy Bear Affair Gala has helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars, fueling life-changing programs and opportunities. Beyond the gala, Spin Master plays an essential role in the Ted and Loretta Rogers Foster Care Comfort Kit Program, generously providing more than 5,000 age-appropriate items each year to help children feel cared for during times of transition. Each holiday season, they also ensure that more than 300 young people experience the joy of receiving gifts at our annual Holiday Season Celebration. Thanks to their unwavering generosity and compassion, Spin Master is making a profound difference for young people from coast to coast.

As a proud supporter of Children’s Aid Foundation of Canada, Sun Life is helping children and youth in care build healthy coping skills and mental resilience through the Sun Life Bright Futures Kids Wellness Program. Since its launch, the program has transformed how young people in the child welfare system access mental health support. Thanks to Sun Life’s generosity, partner agencies across Canada can now train staff to deliver Mindful Kids programming and provide classes and workshops tailored to the unique needs of children and youth they serve. The results speak for themselves: participants experience less stress and anxiety, are quicker to calm, and feel better equipped to handle life’s challenges. To date, hundreds of young people have already benefited which is a powerful step toward stronger mental health and brighter possibilities.

Children’s Aid Foundation of Canada is grateful for Northbridge’s generous support of our Ignite the Spark Fund, an innovative initiative that empowers young people in care to access enrichment activities of their choice, right in their own communities. From sports and recreation to arts and culture, these experiences foster confidence, connection, and personal growth.

Northbridge has also supported our Stay in School Program, which helps increase school participation and high school graduation rates among youth in the child welfare system.  By reducing the risk of dropout and encouraging engagement in both academics and extracurriculars, this program ensures young people in care can pursue the activities that inspire them.

For more than three decades, RBC and RBC Foundation have supported Children’s Aid Foundation of Canada, helping young people in and from care build brighter futures. Through generous funding of our Youth Works program, RBC Foundation is breaking down barriers to employment, education, and stability for youth transitioning out of foster care, many of whom are forced to navigate adulthood without the support of family while coping with the lasting impacts of childhood trauma. This investment has equipped young people with the skills and opportunities they need to build successful, independent lives. Beyond this, RBC’s ongoing support of the Teddy Bear Affair Gala and Teddy Bear Adventure helps to raise vital funds to support children and youth in care across the country. Thanks to RBC and RBC Foundation’s leadership, young people leaving care are gaining the confidence and opportunities they need to thrive.
