Volunteering at the Foundation
The Children's Aid Foundation is a small organization and we rely on our amazing team of volunteers to help us in our fundraising activities. We are always looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to help with a variety of jobs. There's no better way to gain experience, meet some great people and make a difference in your community.
So help us to help those children and youth in need - we couldn't do it without you!
Together we make a difference in the lives of children- one child at a time.

Women's Golf Classic
On June 20th, golfers, volunteers and sponsors came together for the 11th annual Women's Golf Classic at the stunning Angus Glen Golf Club. It was a fabulous day filled with sun, services, and of course, golf, all in support of the Children's Aid Foundation! The success of this event was only made possible by the hard work and commitment of our volunteers. Their generous contribution of time and energy, made it possible to provide the high level of service and quality our Women's Golf Classic is known for. All of us at the Children's Aid Foundation, as well as the children and youth we serve, thank them for making a difference and getting involved. We would also like to extend a special thank you to our corporate volunteer teams from Alcatel-Lucent, BMW Financial Services Canada and Citi Cards Canada. With the help of our volunteers we were able to raise $237,705! Next year's Women's Golf Classic will be held June 18, 2012, we hope to see you there!

Joe Carter Classic
The second annual Joe Carter Classic Golf Tournament took place on June 29, 2011 at the Eagle's Nest Golf Club in Maple, Ontario. The Joe Carter Classic Golf Tournament raises funds annually for the Children's Aid Foundation. The tournament's goal is to deliver a fun and unique golf event that provides guests an opportunity to network, play golf and mingle with many of the top athletes in the world, all while raising important awareness and funding for the Children's Aid Foundation. Our volunteers played a huge part in the overall success of this event. We would like to extend a big “thank you” to the volunteers who came out to the golf course including our corporate teams from BMW Financial Services and Ericsson and the volunteers who represented the Foundation at the VIP Reception at the Rogers Centre the night before. Over $150,000 was raised for the Children's Aid Foundation. We couldn't do it without you!
